Handover of the finished house
We conduct a final check of all systems. We give you a complete set of documentation and keys to the house. You receive a property built according to the design, on time and without hidden defects.

Engineering and facades
Installation of utilities: electricity, heating, ventilation, water supply. Insulation, waterproofing, installation of facade materials. At this stage, the energy efficiency, durability and appearance of the house are determined.

Design
We prepare the foundation for the house according to calculations — not ‘the way everyone else does it,' but the right way. We erect walls, floors and the roof truss system. The frame is assembled strictly according to the design specifications, with technical supervision at every stage.

We create an architectural concept, floor plans, and the layout of the house on the plot. We develop structural components, engineering areas, and optimise planning solutions.

The project is led by specialists with an engineering mindset: architects, designers, engineering systems specialists and construction managers. Each is responsible for their own part of the structure.

Materials undergo internal testing for load-bearing capacity, stability and durability. We only use solutions whose characteristics have been confirmed by experience, calculations and regulations.

Documentation, estimates and specifications are transparent. All decisions are fixed in advance: no hidden clauses or unjustified work. We exclude ‘floating' changes during construction.
